About

The Cyprus Professional Boxing Commission (CPBC) is the national body for professional boxing for both Southern and Northern Cyprus.

The Cyprus Professional Boxing Commission (CPBC) was originally formed in 2018 as the Cyprus Boxing Commission (CBC) for the purpose of raising the standard of professional boxing in Southern Cyprus.

In 2019 following discussions with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Boxing Commission (TRNCBC) it was agreed to merge the CBC and TRNCBC organisations and form a single entity to create a National authority, The Cyprus Professional Boxing Commission (CPBC).

The Cyprus Professional Boxing Commission (CPBC) is committed to raising the standard of professional boxing in Cyprus, supporting the development of professional boxers and industry participants and taking positive steps to improve the sport within Cyprus at every level.

The CPBC is committed to supporting professional boxing within Cyprus, and abroad, and actively works with all stakeholders in the industry.
